潘石屹:SOHO中国(00410.HK)距离三道红线远得不得了
SOHO中国(00410.HK)董事长潘石屹出席活动时表示,去年已研究当局针对房企财务指标要求的「三道红线」政策,强调SOHO中国的财务指标非常安全,离红线「远得不得了」,认为政策出台是国家对房地产的管理呈现出更精细化的体现。
他又透露,公司以往发展目标主要围绕利润额和利润率, 虽然疫情期间曾有人提出通过降薪或裁员的方式来缓解压力,不过最後公司还是决定按照原有计划发展,又指疫情尚未结束,对公司和经济压力存在不稳定性,今年发展目标为令手头项目平稳发展。
