南微醫學(688029.SH)：公司供應鏈及銷售端不受實質性影響 明日復牌
格隆匯1月7日丨南微醫學(688029.SH)公佈，2021年1月6日凌晨，公司接到南京市江北新區相關部門的通知，在針對公司原材料倉庫常規新冠病毒檢測過程中，南京市江北新區公共衞生服務中心在公司總部一樓原材料倉庫地面標本的檢測結果疑似陽性，將提交上級實驗室複核。
2021年1月7日9時20分許，南京市新冠肺炎疫情聯防聯控工作指揮部辦公室發佈情況通報，對公司進口貨物倉庫地面新冠病毒核酸檢測陽性處置情況進行通報。截至前述情況通報發佈時，有關部門已排查直接接觸人員及其密切接觸者91人(其中員工26人，家屬等65人)，全部採取集中隔離醫學觀察措施並進行核酸採樣檢測。下午6時許，完成對公司工作人員及家屬共3067人的全員核酸採樣檢測工作。上述人員核酸檢測結果均為陰性，健康監測無異常。
本次事件，對公司供應鏈、銷售端不會造成實質性影響。根據政府防疫要求，公司將對工作環境進行全面消殺、組織對員工再次進行核酸檢測，對原材料庫庫管人員及密切接觸者進行隔離觀察，預計會對公司短期生產經營產生一定的影響。
1、全員第二次核酸檢測計劃1月8日落實，預計1月9日前出結果，如果全部為陰性，公司將按照政府相關部門要求逐步有序全面恢復生產經營。
2、政府相關部門已對原材料庫進行消殺和暫時封閉。由於當前高值耗材產品庫存量達一個多月，暫時封閉不會影響終端銷售，但會影響部分高值耗材生產。公司計劃調整生產計劃，在解封后安排加班生產。
3、公司原材料庫庫管人員及密切接觸者26人需完成14天的隔離觀察，在此期間，部分崗位工作會受到一定影響。
4、極端情況下，如果公司員工二次核酸檢測和原材料庫庫管及密切接觸者出現核酸檢測陽性，公司生產經營將面臨新的嚴峻局面。
公司產品均經環氧乙烷滅菌(殺滅一切微生物)後出廠，產品本身不存在風險。為消除滅菌後因人員等因素對產品外包裝造成污染，公司將定期對滅菌操作員、庫管員、搬運工等進行核酸檢測，並從即時開始對發出的產品進行實時包裝物核酸檢測、隨貨附核酸檢測報吿。
公司股票將自2021年1月8日開市起復牌。
