遠達環保(600292.SH)：簽訂若干合同 共計9862.4萬元
格隆匯 1 月 7日丨遠達環保(600292.SH)公佈，公司控股子公司國家電投集團遠達環保工程有限公司與國家電投集團寧夏能源鋁業有限公司臨河發電分公司簽訂了《臨河2#機組脱硫預洗塔改造項目EPC總承包合同》，與國家電投集團協鑫濱海發電有限公司簽訂了《國家電投集團協鑫濱海發電有限公司脱硫製漿系統增容改造合同》，與內蒙古霍林河露天煤業股份有限公司簽訂了《內蒙古霍林河露天煤業股份有限公司南露天煤礦排土場生態修復提檔升級工程(綠化部分)》,與國家電投集團山西鋁業有限公司簽訂了《國家電投集團山西鋁業有限公司燒成窯窯頭收塵系統改造EPC總承包合同》；公司控股子公司國家電投集團遠達環保裝備製造有限公司與山東電力工程諮詢有限公司簽訂了《石城縣1×30MW生物質發電項目EPC總承包工程脱硫系統、除塵器及輸灰系統設備買賣合同》；全資子公司國家電投集團遠達環保催化劑有限公司與中電國瑞物流有限公司簽訂了《神頭電廠2020年度催化劑購銷合同》，與內蒙古霍煤鴻駿鋁電有限責任公司簽訂了《蒙東招標電力分公司7號鍋爐脱硝裝置更換第一、二層催化劑(技改)》，與大連發電有限責任公司簽訂了《2號鍋爐上層脱硝蜂窩式催化劑更換(含處置)改造工程合同》，與貴州遠達金元環保有限公司簽訂了《貴州遠達金元環保有限公司茶園電廠#1, #2機組(2*660MW)脱硝裝置上層板式催化劑換裝合同》，與淮滬電力有限公司簽訂了《淮滬電力有限公司田集第二發電廠2*700MW超超臨界機組3號爐脱硝催化劑合同》。
上述合同金額分別為：750萬元，1050萬元，947.158541萬元，2872.69萬元，738萬元，570.233萬元，804.67萬元，323萬元，998.00033萬元，808.665萬元，共計9862.416871萬元。截止目前，公司累計發生關聯交易金額未超過2020年度預計數。
