中国华君(00377.HK)附属拖欠1.46亿人币遭发索赔要求
中国华君(00377.HK)公布,2020年10月江苏江南农村商业银行於常州市中级人民法院就涉嫌因拖欠总本金约1.46亿元人民币(下同)及相关利息而违反若干贷款协议,向公司之附属华君常州发出及存档索赔要求。於公告日该等贷款之未偿还本金近2亿元。
於上述法律程序尚处於初期阶段及第一次法庭聆讯将於2021年12月22日举行,董事会认为於此初始阶段评估其对公司的潜在影响尚不可行,於新型冠状病毒病的突然爆发,公司就该贷款的偿还计划和安排被延误,有信心妥善解决有关事项。(el/w) ~
