博通股份(600455.SH)：西安交大將所持城市學院出資舉辦權移交西安市政府
格隆匯12月29日丨博通股份(600455.SH)宣佈，公司2020年12月29日接到通知，西安市人民政府與西安交通大學近期簽訂《西安交通大學城市學院轉設協議書》，協議的主要內容為：
為貫徹落實教育部關於推進獨立學院轉設工作部署要求，支持城市學院順利轉設，將城市學院發展成為國家一流的應用型本科高校，更好服務於西安全國重要科研和文教中心以及西安國家中心城市建設，雙方簽署協議共同遵守。
西安交通大學同意自協議簽訂之日起，將所持有的城市學院出資舉辦權移交西安市人民政府；西安市人民政府同意接收城市學院出資舉辦權；西安交通大學同意西安市人民政府關於城市學院轉設為獨立設置的民辦普通高等學校的意見。按照教育部關於加快推進獨立學院轉設工作實施方案要求，雙方共同協商確定城市學院轉設工作方案，在完善辦學條件、滿足轉設標準後，向教育部上報學院轉設申請報吿。
城市學院轉設後，西安交通大學在學科建設、辦學層次、辦學水平、師資隊伍和人才培養等方面持續給予支持和指導，推動學院高質量發展；西安市人民政府在辦學機制、土地規劃等方面給予政策支持；西安市人民政府支持經開區管委會加快改善學院辦學條件，優化辦學管理體制，提升學院治理能力，保障學院持續健康發展。
協議簽訂後，西安市人民政府、西安交通大學聯合成立城市學院移交轉設工作專班，具體負責轉設推進及統籌協調工作，加快推進城市學院基礎條件建設。轉設過渡期內，西安交通大學和西安市人民政府共同履行好辦學管理職責，保證城市學院正常教育教學和管理秩序，提升人才培養質量，保障師生權益，確保學院平穩順利過渡。
據悉，城市學院是公司與西安交通大學共同舉辦的、經國家教育部2004年5月批准設立的全日制本科層次的獨立學院，辦學性質為民辦教育，是公司的重要組成部分，公司持有城市學院70%出資，西安交通大學持有城市學院30%出資。
城市學院從2004年秋季起開始招生，主要是對通過普通高等學校招生全國統一考試的入校學生進行本科層次的高等學歷教育，2015年秋季增加了普通高等院校專升本招生。
