道氏技術(300409.SZ)擬在龍南經濟技術開發區投建鋰離子電池材料全生命週期綠色製造項目
格隆匯 12 月 28日丨道氏技術(300409.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年12月28日召開公司第四屆董事會2020年第十次會議和第四屆監事會2020年第九次會議，審議通過了《關於與龍南經濟技術開發區管委會簽署項目合同書的議案》，同意公司與龍南經濟技術開發區管委會簽訂此次項目投資合作合同書。
項目名稱：鋰離子電池材料全生命週期綠色製造項目；公司在龍南經濟技術開發區投資建設鋰離子電池材料全生命週期綠色製造項目，項目公司名稱暫為：江西佳納能源科技有限公司(最終以註冊的名稱為準)，註冊資本2億元，主要生產經營範圍：動力電池正極材料前驅體、鈷鹽產品、鎳鹽產品、廢舊鋰電池回收再利用等(以企業法人營業執照登記為準)。
項目投資總額75億元，建設內容為年產5萬噸動力電池正極材料前驅體、2萬噸金屬量鈷鹽產品、3萬噸金屬量鎳鹽產品項目、5萬噸廢舊鋰電池回收再利用項目。未來，公司可根據市場情況，擇機建設二期項目，二期項目擬投資50億元，在擬留的400畝建設用地上，再新建5萬噸動力電池正極材料前驅體和5萬噸廢舊鋰電池回收再利用生產線。
項目預計2021年初開始建設，準備和建設期預計2年，2022年底投產；預計首期項目全面達產後年產值超過100億元。
新能源汽車產業目前正處於高速增長階段，已成為引領世界綠色發展的重要產業，全球各國和知名汽車廠商紛紛加快電動化轉型佈局，新能源電池材料的市場容量急劇增長，鋰電池材料產業將迎來蓬勃發展的歷史機遇，市場空間廣闊。
公司在新能源電池產業已有較豐富的產業經驗，控股子公司佳納能源也有較深的技術積累和市場經驗，但產能規模較小，受地理位置等因素的影響、大規模擴產又較為困難，因此其發展潛力尚未能充分發揮。為了充分發揮公司的競爭潛力、降低生產成本，在合理科學的區位建立項目基地，擴大產能規模、提高市場競爭能力，是公司未來發展的重要方向和途徑。
因此，公司擬在龍南經濟技術開發區建立項目基地。龍南市位於江西省最南端，京九鐵路、大廣高速、贛粵高速縱橫貫穿全境，地理位置優越，交通運輸便利。龍南經濟開發區是國家級經濟技術開發區，具備完善配套的基礎設施、科技創新的研發基地和功能健全的發展平台，將為項目的發展提供優良的外部環境。
新能源電池材料產業作為公司重要的主業之一，對公司的未來發展有重要的戰略意義。公司將充分利用龍南市在交通區位條件、產業政策支持等方面的優勢，推進公司鋰離子電池材料全生命週期綠色製造的目標，有利於增強公司核心競爭力，進一步提升公司的盈利能力和可持續發展能力。
