鎮海股份(603637.SH)：廣東石化四標段項目第一台油氣吸收塔成功完成吊裝
格隆匯 12 月 24日丨鎮海股份(603637.SH)公佈，公司於2019年9月17日與中國石油天然氣股份有限公司廣東石化分公司簽訂了中委合資廣東石化2000萬噸/年重油加工工程主體裝置EPC項目四標段(“廣東石化四標段”或“本項目”)總承包合同。簽署合同價款約15.47億元人民幣(不含税)；税金約1.80億元人民幣。詳見公司於2019年9月19日披露的《鎮海石化工程股份有限公司關於簽訂中委合資廣東石化2000萬噸/年重油加工工程主體裝置EPC項目第四標段總承包合同的公告》。
廣東石化四標段根據各單項工程計劃中交時間確定履行期限。工程各子項將於2021年6月30日至2021年11月30日陸續中交。
公司自簽訂項目總承包合同後，以“創優質工程、標杆工程、陽光工程”為目標，克服了設計任務繁重、採購流程複雜、雨季颱風、夏季酷暑等多重困難，努力推進詳細設計、物資採購及現場施工工作，工程質量、安全、進度全面受控。
廣東石化四標段於2020年3月25日正式開工建設。詳見公司於2020年3月27日披露的《鎮海石化工程股份有限公司關於中委合資廣東石化2000萬噸/年重油加工工程主體裝置EPC項目第四標段的進展公告》(公告編號：2020-013)。
截至公告披露日，總承包項目部已組織設計人員完成工藝流程圖、90%配管模型、靜設備製造圖、土建基礎圖、鋼結構安裝圖和電氣接地圖。採購人員按照採購總體計劃，有序組織工藝設備、儀控設備、暖通設備及材料的訂貨工作。施工現場裝置一級、二級地管已基本施工完成，土建基礎工程陸續收尾，儲罐主體安裝完成9台，鋼結構安裝按計劃實施。2020年12月24日，第一台油氣吸收塔成功完成吊裝，標誌着項目全面轉入設備安裝階段。
