美暢股份(300861.SZ)：“單機六線”生產線能效提升技改研製成功 生產效率將提升50%
格隆匯 12 月 23日丨美暢股份(300861.SZ)公佈，公司始終堅持以技術研發為核心，在電鍍金剛石線生產的核心技術、工藝控制、裝備製造等環節均擁有自主知識產權，掌握了包括電鍍液配方、添加劑、金剛石預處理、上砂、鍍液在線處理等在內的金剛石線生產全套核心技術。公司自量產以來便採用自主研發的“單機六線”生產線工藝，生產效率更高，國際領先，是公司能夠在較短時間內實現產能快速擴張的重要因素。經歷5年的不斷技術革新，公司“單機六線”生產線能效提升技改研製成功，生產效率將提升50%。
公司及子公司楊凌美暢科技有限公司分別於2015年10月、2017年9月、2018年6月經楊淩示範區發展和改革局投資項目備案，建設200條、136條、300條微米級金剛石線生產線，實施地點均位於陝西省楊淩示範區富海工業園。其中2018年6月備案的300條高效金剛石線建設項目為公司首次公開發行股票募投項目。
截至公告日，200條及136條微米級金剛石線生產線項目均已建成並投產，300條高效金剛石線建設項目正在建設中。
公司自 2015年成立之時便運用自主研發的“單機六線”生產線，即六線機進行規模化生產，較當時行業普遍採用的“單機雙線”生產效率高2-3倍。2019年末，公司開始生產線能效提升的研製，通過技改將原先六線機的生產效率再提高50%。生產線能效提升的研究有利於進一步提升公司高效金剛石線生產能力，並持續發揮規模優勢，不斷強化產品競爭力；同時也有利於生產用地資源及水、電能源的節約、人均產值的提升。
歷經半年的研發與驗證，生產線能效提升於2020年7月研製完成，生產的產品業經客户驗證。對現有六線機進行能效提升預計需要投入的技改資金約為原六線機購建成本的八分之一，而生產效率可提升50%。此外，房租、水電、人工等產品製造成本將得以攤簿，生產線能效提升改造經濟可行。
公司管理層通過對全球光伏發電新增裝機容量增速的研究，對目前市場情況、行業發展與競爭態勢的分析，基於自身核心競爭能力的判斷，經審慎研究討論決定將“生產線能效提升”研究成果投入運用，以技改方式對原有“單機六線”生產線進行升級改造，目前改造正在進行中，計劃於2021年3月底前全面完成原有“單機六線”生產線的能效提升改造，對應提升年產能超1000萬KM。
