利羣股份(601366.SH)收到首筆搬遷補償款8480萬元
格隆匯12月22日丨利羣股份(601366.SH)公佈,2020年12月15日,公司召開第八屆董事會第十八次會議,審議通過了《關於公司簽訂搬遷補償合同的議案》,同意公司下屬全資子公司與南通市小海街道辦事處簽訂《南通市小海街道非住宅房屋協議搬遷補償合同》,就公司位於南通市開發區通富北路55號的土地區域內的財產搬遷進行補償,補償總價共計人民幣1.06億元。
2020年12月21日,公司收到南通市小海街道辦事處支付的首筆補償款人民幣8480萬元整。
