青島港(601298.SH):原油碼頭二期工程通過竣工驗收 輸油管道三期南線工程通過安全確認
格隆匯12月21日丨青島港(601298.SH)公佈,公司持股65%的控股子公司青島海業摩科瑞倉儲有限公司投資建設的董家口港區原油碼頭二期工程(以下簡稱“原油碼頭二期工程”)於2018年12月26日舉行奠基儀式,2020年12月18日,原油碼頭二期工程通過竣工驗收,具備投產運營條件。
原油碼頭二期工程是山東省與青島市新舊動能轉換重大項目,由公司持股65%的控股子公司青島海業摩科瑞倉儲有限公司投資建設,是集團重點建設項目。
原油碼頭二期工程包括:新建1個30萬噸級油品泊位,水工結構按靠泊45萬噸油船設計建設,設計年通過能力1,800萬噸,泊位長455米;新建1個10萬噸級油品泊位,水工結構按靠泊12萬噸級油船設計建設,設計年通過能力750萬噸,泊位長304米;新建相應的配套設施。原油碼頭二期工程主要用於原油、燃料油和稀釋瀝青的裝卸作業,泊位設計通過能力2,550萬噸/年。
公司全資子公司山東青淄物流有限公司投資建設的董家口港-濰坊-魯中、魯北輸油管道工程(三期南線)(以下簡稱“輸油管道三期南線工程”)於2020年12月19日通過投產前安全條件確認,已具備投產運營條件。
輸油管道三期南線工程是山東省新舊動能轉換重點項目,是本集團重點建設項目。輸油管道三期南線工程管道全長約76km,設計輸量為600萬噸/年,途經東營、濱州、淄博,主要為山東省淄博地區煉廠提供管道運輸服務。
原油碼頭二期工程投產運營後,董家口港區原油碼頭年通過能力將達到5,000萬噸,將緩解董家口港區油品船舶集中到港的緊張局面,減少船舶滯期時間。輸油管道三期南線工程投產運營後,每年將新增管道運輸能力600萬噸。該等油品工程將有效降低物流成本,滿足山東省原油煉化產業原油運輸增長需求,進一步增強本集團油品接卸及管道運輸能力,為充分發揮中國(山東)自由貿易試驗區等政策優勢、加快建設世界一流的海洋港口注入新動力。
