新日股份(603787.SH):390萬元募集資金解除凍結
格隆匯12月16日丨新日股份(603787.SH)公佈,公司因與湖州強業建築工程公司建設工程分包合同糾紛導致公司390萬元募集資金被凍結。
近日,公司收到江蘇省無錫市錫山區人民法院《民事裁定書》。根據裁定結果,法院已解除了公司390萬元的財產保全措施。公司亦與相關銀行核對確認,上述資金確已全部解除凍結,並恢復正常使用。本次部分募集資金被凍結事項未對公司募集資金項目的運行造成重大影響。
