格隆匯 12 月 15日丨國電南瑞(600406.SH)公佈,公司於2020年4月28日在中國銀行間市場交易商協會發行了公司2020年度第二期超短期融資券(簡稱“20南瑞科技SCP002”),發行總額為人民幣5億元,發行利率1.68%,期限230天,起息日為2020年4月29日,兑付日期為2020年12月15日(如遇法定節假日,則順延至下一工作日)。
公司於2020年12月15日完成了本期超短期融資券的兑付工作,本息兑付總額為人民幣505,293,150.68元。
