《大行报告》野村升建行(00939.HK)目标价至7.64元 重申「买入」评级
野村发表研究报告,预期建行(00939.HK)的净息差将在2020至2022财年分别下跌至2.11%、2.07%及2.07%,估计其净息差表现会跟随最近的市场趋势逐渐收窄,净息差在第三季按季收窄1个基点,意味其表现从疫情中慢慢恢复。另外,该行预期建行的贷款在2020至2022财年分别增长12%、11%及10.5%。
今年不良贷款率预测维持在1.56%不变,至於2021至2022财年预测则下调至1.62%及1.64%。基於以上的变化,该行将其2020至2022财年纯利预测分别上调0.2%、8.2%及18%。最新的2020至2022财年净资产收益率预测为10.9%、11.2%及11.5%。
野村将建行的目标价上调11%至7.64元,重申其「买入」投资评级。
