合生創展(00754.HK)以21.6億人幣出售北京農商行持股
合生創展集團(00754.HK)公布,公司兩全資附屬中先國際(出讓方甲)及上海大展投資管理(出讓方乙),同意以總轉讓價21.6億元人民幣(下同)出售北京農商行3.638%持股予北京國有資本經營管理中心。
公司預料在交割後,出讓方乙將不再持有北京農商行股份,而出讓方甲將繼續持有8,237萬股北京農商行股份,約佔已發行的北京農商行股份的0.678%。
集團預料淨總轉讓價估計約為19.2億元,擬將資金用於集團的未來投資及/或用作集團的營運資金。
