格隆匯 12 月 10日丨密爾克衞(603713.SH)公佈，公司控股子公司“鎮江寶華物流有限公司”於12月9日對其經營範圍進行了變更。相關工商變更登記手續已辦理完畢，並取得了由鎮江市行政審批局換髮的《營業執照》。
變更前：
道路普通貨運：貨物專用運輸(集裝箱)、貨物專用運輸(罐式)；經營性道路危險貨物運輸(2類1項、2類2項、2類3項、3類、4類1項、4類2項、4類3項、5類1項、5類2項、6類1項、6類2項、8類、9類，劇毒化學品)；貨物倉儲(危險品除外)，公路、鐵路貨運代理；承辦海運、空運進出口貨物的國際運輸代理業務(包括：攬貨、訂艙、倉儲、中轉、集裝箱拼裝拆箱、結算運雜費、報關、報驗、相關的短途運輸服務及運輸諮詢業務)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
變更後：
