《大行報告》中金:華潤置地(01109.HK)股價回調提供買入機會 上望46.4元
中金發表報告指,華潤置地(01109.HK)股價自今年11月中旬高位以來回調約18%,估值吸引力提升,當前股價對應今明兩年市盈率分別8倍及7倍,較資產淨值折讓44%。
考慮到公司優質的土地儲備和健康的財務狀況,該行認為華潤置地有望受益於融資新規帶來的市場格局調整。而且公司採多元業務戰略,看好公司的長期增長前景。不過,因疫情對交付節奏的壓制,中金對集團今明兩年的盈利預測分別下調2%及4%,至246億和283億元人民幣。
中金重申華潤置地為該行首選標的之一,維持「跑贏行業」評級和目標價46.4元,相信其股價回調提供了買入機會。
