大悦城地產(00207.HK):共同投標人以39.55億元競得廈門商住地塊

格隆匯 12 月 9日丨大悦城地產(00207.HK)宣佈,於2020年12月9日,共同投標人(即斯威(公司的間接全資附屬公司)、廈門地鐵投資及廈門東區開發)已取得批准以人民幣39.55億元競投廈門市自然資源和規劃局於拍賣會上要約出售該地塊的土地使用權的成交確認書。收購事項相關土地使用權出讓合同預計將於2020年12月18日或之前訂立。共同投標人根據相關股權比例支付拍賣會的保證金人民幣6億元,其中集團已支付人民幣3.06億元。根據廈門市自然資源和規劃局的規定,共同投標人將共同於中國廈門成立項目公司,以對該地塊進行日後開發。

據悉,該地塊位於中國廈門市集美區11-11集美新城片區杏林灣路與誠毅中路交叉口,總地盤面積約127,912平方米,總規劃建築面積約232,190平方米,擬作商業及住宅用途。

公告稱,該地塊位於廈門市黃金地段,屬於廈門市城區黃金地段及交通樞紐的優越地理位置,因而其從策略角度被視為適合綜合商務及住宅物業開發。鑑於該地塊的位置及指定用途,預計將於該地塊開發完成後實現高投資價值,從而為集團帶來穩定可觀收入及利潤。董事認為,憑藉集團的資源,收購事項符合集團業務發展戰略及規劃,並將秉承大悦城作為中國綜合體及商用物業行業領導者的品牌形象。
