鄭州煤電(600121.SH)：煤炭消費自11月起進入傳統的季節性高峯期
格隆匯 12 月 2日丨鄭州煤電(600121.SH)公佈，近期，公司股票出現了較大幅度波動，自2020年11月20日起至此次公告披露日，公司股票價格最高4.51元，最低2.29元，漲跌幅92.74%，換手率101.49%，兩次觸及異動，公司分別於11月24日和12月1日發佈了異動公告。結合公司投資者熱線電話、郵件和上證E互動關注事項，現將近期煤炭市場和公司今年以來生產經營等情況説明如下：
一、煤炭市場進入傳統旺季
四季度以來，我國宏觀經濟走勢向好，煤炭下游電力、鋼鐵、化工等行業發展勢頭良好，煤炭消費自11月起進入傳統的季節性高峯期。另外年末環保及安全監管力度進一步收緊，政策面對部分地區煤炭供應能力有所限制，疊加“拉尼娜”現象導致冷冬的預期影響下，各品種煤炭供需均呈現旺季特徵。後期，預計煤炭市場供需整體維持相對平衡局面，煤炭價格將以穩為主、偶有小幅波動。
公司銷售形勢與行業整體趨勢一致。10月份以來，公司用户整體採購積極性維持平穩。從近期溝通情況看，目前大部分用户庫存均比前期已經有了較大幅度提高，在沒有惡劣天氣影響的情況下，後期採購將趨於平穩。
二、公司前三季度出現虧損
今年以來，公司生產經營基本穩定。主要經濟指標受市場和生產接替過渡影響，利潤與去年同期相比出現較大幅度下滑。2020年1-9月，公司共生產原煤530.51萬噸，銷售528.78萬噸，營業收入20.06億元，歸屬於上市公司股東淨利潤-4.07億元，基本每股收益-0.33元(詳見公司前三季度定期報告)。
三、整改事項仍在推進
針對公司2019年度內部控制評價過程中發現的因三級子公司貿易合同糾紛事項導致公司合同管理循環內部控制存在重大缺陷問題，董事會高度重視，從全面加強內部控制出發，組織開展了內部自查整改（詳見公司第三季度報告），目前各項整改措施正在按計劃落實中。
四、相關風險提示
二級市場交易風險，2020年12月2日，公司股票收盤市盈率(滾動)為-4.3460倍、市淨率2.2486倍。由於公司前三季度虧損，市盈率不具有可比性，市淨率處於同行業較高水平，特別提醒投資者注意二級市場交易風險。
