首創股份(600008.SH)：擬通過水匯和豐對通州水環境進行增資 出資金額375萬元
格隆匯12月1日丨首創股份(600008.SH)公佈，為投資及孵化優質節能環保企業，與公司業務產生協同，推動公司環境治理業務向智能化、智慧化方向發展，公司於2020年9月29日召開第七屆董事會2020年度第十次臨時會議，審議通過了《關於與北控水務(中國)投資有限公司設立環保產業基金並以協議增資方式入股基金管理公司的議案》，公司以水匯環境(天津)股權投資基金管理有限公司(“水匯環境”)管理的私募股權投資基金水匯和豐(天津)股權投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥)(“水匯和豐”)或其指定的機構為主體與北控水務(中國)投資有限公司(“北控水務(中國)”)、北控金服(北京)投資控股有限公司(“北控金服”)、寧波豐圖錦繡投資中心(有限合夥)(“豐圖錦繡”)四家通過增資的方式改組北京通州水環境基金管理有限公司(“通州水環境”)並擬更名為北控水匯投資基金管理有限公司(暫定名，“北控水匯”)，同時將其管理的北京通州水環境建設基金(有限合夥)(“通州水環境基金”)改組為北創綠色科技基金(有限合夥)(暫定名，“北創基金”)。
公司擬通過水匯和豐對通州水環境進行增資，出資金額375萬元，持股比例不低於20%。改組後的北創基金規模上限不超過16億元，公司及北控水務(中國)為基金基石投資人，分別認繳出資2億元，豐圖錦繡作為特殊LP認購不低於募集金額的1%，改組後的基金管理公司作為GP認購1%，其餘資金由豐圖錦繡負責向其他投資人募集。
公司與北控水務(中國)強強聯合，有助於加強產業鏈孵化合作，更符合雙方戰略發展的需求。隨着環保行業技術及運營能力重要性的越發凸顯，通過設立基金開展對環保行業技術類企業的股權投資，使公司與被投企業建立更為緊密的聯繫，為將來開展技術合作或謀求通過併購方式實現技術突破打下一定資源基礎，鞏固公司在環保行業中的領先地位。
