中國軟件國際(00354.HK)與深圳市政府達成戰略合作協議
格隆匯 12 月 1日丨中國軟件國際(00354.HK)發佈公告，公司近日與深圳市人民政府達成戰略合作協議，為支持深圳建設中國特色社會主義先行示範區和粵港澳大灣區核心城市，打造數字經濟創新發展試驗區，公司與深圳市政府展開全方位深入合作，共同構建深圳市數字經濟創新生態，以先行示範引領大灣區數字經濟與實體經濟融合發展。
公司將在深圳建設“中軟國際雲智能業務集團全球運營中心”及“中軟國際解放號南方總部基地”，一方面是因為“雙區驅動”的深圳，正在通過體制機制創新、區域協同創新、應用示範創新等一系列的政策舉措，完善創新環境、培育創新載體、構建協同創新共同體。另一方面，公司正處於夯實基石業務，以雲化和平台化轉型升級發力數字業務，實現自我突破的關鍵時期，通過與深圳合作，不僅可以快速對接區域軟件需求，還可依託深圳的創新政策與場景開放，提速公司產品、服務的創新孵化與全國推廣。
