天賜材料(002709.SZ)大跌近8% 控股股東臨時變更增加減持數量
格隆匯12月1日丨延續近日下跌走勢,天賜材料(002709.SZ)今日盤中一度大跌近8%報72.3元,為連續第五日下跌,距離11月25日盤中創出的歷史新高84.65元跌去14.59%,最新市值395億元。公司昨日公告,收到控股股東徐金富提交的《關於變更股份減持計劃的告知函》,徐金富計劃由原來的通過大宗交易方式減持數量及比例為不超過1092.2588萬股(佔公司總股本比例不超過2%),變更為減持數量及比例為通過大宗交易方式的,不超過1310.7106萬股(佔公司總股本比例不超過2.4%),任意連續90日內減持股份的總數不超過公司股份總數的2%,通過集中競價交易方式的,不超過546.1294萬股(佔公司總股本比例不超過1%)。
