達意隆(002209.SZ)：擬向銀行申請授信暨接受關聯方擔保
格隆匯 11 月 29日丨達意隆(002209.SZ)公佈，公司第六屆董事會第十三次會議決議，審議通過了《關於向上海浦東發展銀行廣州天譽支行申請授信暨接受關聯方擔保的議案》；
董事會同意公司向上海浦東發展銀行廣州天譽支行申請敞口授信額度人民幣8000萬元，期限一年；同意提供公司的應收賬款為該筆授信做質押擔保，公司股東張頌明為該授信提供連帶責任保證擔保；同意公司向上海浦東發展銀行廣州天譽支行申請非敞口授信額度人民幣1.1億元，授信用於公司經營週轉，授信由張頌明提供足額存款作質押擔保；同意授權張頌明代表公司與銀行簽署上述授信融資項下的有關法律文件。
根據《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》的相關規定，董事長張頌明為公司的關聯自然人，其向公司提供擔保構成關聯交易。此次關聯擔保公司無需向關聯方支付擔保費用，關聯方也不向公司收取其他任何費用，亦不需要公司為其提供反擔保。
審議通過了《關於向中國工商銀行股份有限公司廣州經濟技術開發區支行申請授信暨接受關聯方擔保的議案》；
董事會同意公司向中國工商銀行股份有限公司廣州經濟技術開發區支行申請授信融資，最高等值2.65億元人民幣；同意由張頌明為上述授信融資提供全額連帶責任保證擔保；同意將公司名下的位於廣州市黃埔區雲埔一路23號自編一棟、自編二棟、自編三棟、自編4棟的房地產抵押給中國工商銀行股份有限公司廣州經濟技術開發區支行用作抵押擔保，擔保總額不高於人民幣6600萬元；同意由張頌明在中國工商銀行股份有限公司廣州經濟技術開發區支行辦理的理財產品或大額存單提供質押擔保，擔保的融資不高於人民幣2億元；同意授權張頌明代表公司與中國工商銀行股份有限公司廣州經濟技術開發區支行簽署上述授信融資項下的有關法律文件。
