奧特佳(002239.SZ):5%以上股東王進飛所持1.7億股司法拍賣
格隆匯11月27日丨奧特佳(002239.SZ)公佈,公司接到持股5%以上的股東王進飛通知,稱其所持有的公司1.7億股股份於11月27日在阿里司法拍賣網站上被南通市中級人民法院拍賣。
阿里拍賣網站網絡競價成功確認書顯示,1.7億股股份於11月27日被競拍人鄧振宇、李虹通過競買號Y4368號以7.667億元的價格競拍成功(合每股4.51元)。
如人民法院最終裁定依此拍賣結果過户1.7億股,則王進飛持有公司的股份總數將降至2.74億股,佔公司總股本的8.74%。
