浦發銀行(600000.SH)完成發行500億元無固定期限資本債券
格隆匯11月24日丨浦發銀行(600000.SH)公佈,經中國銀行保險監督管理委員會和中國人民銀行批准,公司在全國銀行間債券市場發行“上海浦東發展銀行股份有限公司2020年無固定期限資本債券”,並在中央國債登記結算有限責任公司完成債券登記和託管。
本期債券於2020年11月19日簿記建檔,並於2020年11月23日完成發行。本期債券發行規模為人民幣500億元,前5年票面利率為4.75%,每5年調整一次,在第5年及之後的每個付息日附發行人有條件贖回權。
