海格通信(002465.SZ)與中國交通通信信息中心簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯 11 月 23日丨海格通信(002465.SZ)公佈，公司近日與中國交通通信信息中心(“通信信息中心”)簽署《戰略合作協議》。海格通信在人、車、船、機等領域的北斗高精度位置服務、無線通信服務等方面具備業內一流水平，通信信息中心在交通信息化建設、交通大數據、衞星通信導航、遙感、高速公路光纖網、一卡通等方面居於業界主導地位。雙方基於相同的發展理念與提供更好民生服務的訴求，為實現優勢互補、互惠互利、共同發展的目的，經友好協商，同意進行全方位深度合作，並建立長期戰略合作關係。合作內容如下：
1.雙方針對北斗系統在道路運輸領域應用開展深度合作，利用通信信息中心全國交通大數據資源，響應交通強國建設綱要“推進北斗衞星導航系統應用”的號召，針對交通運輸行業服務和監管能力提升的需求，結合海格通信自身在北斗三號終端研製和多年北斗二號終端運營的優勢，打造新一代基於北斗三號系統、人工智能、大數據分析的交通運輸服務監管整體解決方案，共同拓展道路運輸終端及服務市場。
2.雙方共同推進北斗三號在交通領域的應用驗證工作，針對國內交通領域的北斗三號應用示範展開合作，海格通信利用自身在北斗三號芯片、整機和系統方面的優勢，通過對不同導航系統的組合進行規模化試點，採集北斗在不同地區的服務數據，支撐北斗三號在民用交通領域的服務能力評估。通信信息中心利用已有的交通大數據平台，結合各個區域的北斗終端數據，對北斗三號在交通運輸領域的服務情況進行精確分析，為未來北斗三號終端的規模化應用奠定基礎。
3.雙方共同開展通導一體化合作，通信信息中心利用已有的交通衞星資源，可以實現空天地一體化的綜合交通運輸服務。海格通信利用多年在通信領域的積累，可以提供包括衞星通信、中長波通信、短波超短波通信、數字集羣通信等多種通信手段，結合北斗的RDSS服務，可實現在無網絡覆蓋地區的通導一體化服務。通過終端、平台的配合，助力北斗國際化運輸應用的實施。
協議的簽署有利於合作雙方利用各自領域的業務能力和資源，實現雙方共同發展，符合公司實施戰略發展規劃的需要，有利於促進公司北斗導航、無線通信業務在交通運輸領域的發展。
