利福國際(01212.HK)擬2.5億英鎊收購倫敦物業
格隆匯 11 月 20日丨利福國際(01212.HK)宣佈,於2020年11月20日,公司間接全資附屬公司Super Expert Investments Limited擬以2.50億英鎊收購該物業,該土地及樓宇為倫敦聖詹姆斯廣場 1、1A及2號(1, 1A, 2St. James’s Square)及2號至6號查爾斯二世街(2 - 6 Charles IIStreet),在土地註冊處註冊為絕對永久業權項目,項目編號為NGL448775。該物業一直被賣方用作其總部/自有辦事處。
緊隨完成後,買方與賣方BP International Limited須訂立及已簽訂租賃協議,據此,買方同意將該物業以年租金1121萬英鎊(不包括增值税)出租予賣方,為期24個月(自完成日期開始),須每季預付。
