*ST飛馬(002210.SZ)：新增鼎公司已按照協議約定將1500萬元投資保證金支付至公司管理人賬户
格隆匯 11 月 13日丨*ST飛馬(002210.SZ)公佈，管理人按照《中華人民共和國企業破產法》的規定已對公司財產權利憑證、印章、證照等進行了接管。
公司已向深圳中院提交了在重整期間繼續營業並在管理人的監督下自行管理財產和營業事務的申請。
根據《中華人民共和國企業破產法》的規定，管理人就公司涉訴事項陸續向有關法院發出關於中止審理、執行程序的申請。
公司債權申報期限截止2020年11月5日屆滿，管理人共計接收76家債權人申報債權(在公司預重整程序中申報的債權視為在重整程序中已經申報)，經管理人審查並初步確認的有財產擔保債權人1家，確認債權金額約為人民幣1.17億元，暫緩確認的有財產擔保債權人2家，涉及金額約為人民幣15.35億元；經管理人審查、複查初步確認的普通債權人38家，確認債權金額約為人民幣63.82億元，暫緩確認的普通債權24家，涉及金額約為人民幣52.90億元。債權人的債權金額最終以法院裁定確認金額為準。
管理人於2020年11月3日披露了《關於簽署重整投資協議暨確定重整投資人的公告》，管理人代表公司與上海新增鼎資產管理有限公司(“新增鼎公司”)簽署了《重整投資協議》，確定新增鼎公司為公司重整投資人。
管理人於2020年11月4日披露了《關於收到<債權轉讓通知書>及<債務豁免通知書>的公告》，新增鼎公司與深圳市招商平安資產管理有限責任公司(“招商平安”)簽署了《債權轉讓協議》，招商平安將對公司的債權人民幣558,352,388.59元及相關的全部主從權利轉讓給了新增鼎公司，新增鼎公司成為公司的債權人；同時，新增鼎公司經其股東會決議，豁免公司合計債務人民幣558,352,388.59元的償還義務。
《出資人權益調整方案》涉及資本公積金轉增股本事項，對於資本公積金轉增股本實施後公司股票是否進行除權處理，公司及公司管理人將在飛馬國際重整計劃草案表決結果確定後委託相關中介機構進一步充分論證，待除權安排明確後及時發佈公告。
公司第一次債權人會議於2020年11月12日9時30分以網絡債權人會議的形式召開，具體召開情況詳見公司管理人同日披露的《關於公司第一次債權人會議召開情況的公告》。
新增鼎公司已按照《重整投資協議》約定將1500萬元投資保證金支付至公司管理人賬户。目前，管理人、公司、重整投資人以及有關方正密切溝通協商，積極推進公司重整進程。
