融太集團(01172.HK)預計中期盈利減少2100萬-4600萬港元
格隆匯 11 月 12日丨融太集團(01172.HK)公佈,與截至2019年9月30日止六個月的溢利約3,100萬港元相比,預期集團將於截至2020年9月30日止六個月錄得公司擁有人應占溢利減少介乎約2,100萬港元至4,600萬港元。
董事會認為,集團溢利減少或業績可能由盈轉虧乃主要由於該年並沒有如去年同期般因完成收購中國四川省自貢市之一個物業發展項目而獲得一次性議價購買收益約6,000萬港元,導致物業發展分部的貢獻下跌。此下跌會因(i)若干投資物業之估值虧損減少;(ii)公司債券組合按市價計算估值之公平值收益增加;及(iii)本集團採取各項成本節約措施而得到部分抵銷。
