南加州迪士尼乐园重开无期 迪士尼再推无薪假计划
迪士尼(DIS.US)将有更多南加州迪士尼乐园员工放无薪假,因为尚不知道南加州迪士尼乐园何时可以重开。
迪士尼於9月安排2.8万名美国迪士尼乐园员工放无薪假,位於南加州的迪士尼乐园自3月中旬以来一直关闭,加州当局表示,要等到疫情风险水平降至最低等级後,才能批准大型主题乐园重开。
迪士尼乐园度假区总裁Ken Potrock向员工发出的备忘录中表示,最近州政府发布的疫情指引显示在可预见的将来下,乐园皆难以重新开放,乐园目前已处於无法维持的状态,故不得不向高层、全职员工及时薪员工制定额外无薪假计划。
