《盈利預喜》時時服務(08181.HK)料中期溢利按年大增1.7倍
時時服務(08181.HK)發盈喜,預計截至今年9月底止中期溢利不少於約2,440萬元,相對去年同期為890萬元,按年增長1.74倍。
公司表示,溢利大幅增加乃主要由於根據政府抗疫基金項下保就業計劃,期間政府補助淨額約1,680萬元,及建議由GEM轉往主板上市產生的上市開支由約440萬元減少至約180萬元,部分由於中國的物業管理服務產生的收益由約2,460萬元減少至約2,150萬元所抵銷。
