格隆匯11月9日丨中國長城(000066.SZ)漲4.49%,報16.74元,總市值490億元。中國長城公佈,為加快產業發展,提升公司效益,激發湖南長城信息金融設備有限責任公司潛在活力,長城金融擬在有資質的產權交易機構掛牌,通過增資擴股的方式公開徵集戰略投資者並同步實施員工持股,開展混合所有制改革。此次長城金融混合所有制改革完成後,公司下屬公司湖南長城科技將繼續作為長城金融的控股股東,公司仍然擁有對長城金融的實際控制權。
