合景泰富集團(01813.HK):將發行本金總額為4億美元的票據
格隆匯 11 月 8日丨合景泰富集團(01813.HK)公佈,2020年11月6日,公司及附屬公司擔保人與美銀證券、中信銀行國際、民銀資本、高盛(亞洲)有限責任公司、國泰君安國際、海通國際、摩根大通及渣打銀行就票據發行訂立購買協議,公司將發行本金總額4億美元的票據,惟受完成的若干條件所限。除非根據票據條款提前贖回,否則票據將於2026年2月13日到期。
票據的利息按年利率6.3%計算,自2021年2月13日開始在每半年期末於每年2月13日及8月13日支付,惟將於2021年2月13日首次支付的利息除外,此為2020年11月13日(包括該日)至2021年2月13日(不包括該日)期間的利息。
公司擬使用票據發行所得款項淨額將公司現有一年內到期的中長期離岸債項再融資。
