樂歌股份(300729.SZ)：美國國際貿易委員會同意美國企業撤回對公司開展337調查申請並終止調查
格隆匯 11 月 6日丨樂歌股份(300729.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年7月23日發佈了《關於美國企業向國際貿易委員會提起對公司開展337調查申請的自願性信息披露公告》，美國Versa Products Inc.(“Versa公司”)於2020年7月20日，依據《美國1930年關税法》第337節規定向美國國際貿易委員會(“ITC”)提出申請，指控Loctek,Inc.(“美國樂歌”)、Loctek ErgonomicTechnology Corporation(“樂歌股份”)和Zhejiang Loctek SmartDrive Technology Co.(“樂歌智能驅動”),對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的高度可調節桌面及其組件(Certain Height-Adjustable DeskPlatforms and Components Thereof)侵犯其專利權(美國註冊專利號10485336)，請求ITC發起337調查，併發布普遍排除令或有限排除令和禁止令。
公司在獲悉相關事項後，迅速成立專項工作組，利用自身應對國際訴訟的經驗，積極應對此次337調查，堅決維護公司權益。
近日，公司收到美國國際貿易委員會的通知，2020年10月22日，Versa公司向ITC提交動議申請撤訴，並請求終止調查。
2020年11月3日，美國國際貿易委員會作出了初步裁定，批准Versa公司的終止動議並做出准予Versa公司撤回起訴的裁定，本案終止調查。
截至目前，公司涉及此次337調查的事項已終止，該調查事項未對公司造成直接損失。
公司作為國家級高新技術企業，一貫重視知識產權的管理和保護，遵守各項知識產權法律法規，公司具有完整的知識產權管理體系和較大規模的專職知識產權團隊。所有新產品在立項前及開發過程中，均開展了多重專利排查，以切實防範專利侵權風險。儘管此次訴訟涉案金額佔公司營收極小，但為提升中國公司在知識產權領域積極和規範的形象，杜絕美方公司濫用知識產權手段，公司積極應對相關調查，堅決維護了公司權益，並引導了行業公平健康發展。
