五矿地产(00230.HK)附属斥23.8亿人币收购项目公司90%股权及广州地块权益
五矿地产(00230.HK)公布,旗下间接持有之非全资附属广州市矿誉投资,接获广州产权交易所发出之通知书,确认其成功透过竞标,向卖家收购项目公司(为该地块土地使用权之唯一拥有人)90%股权及相关股东贷款,代价约23.82亿元人民币(约26.47亿港元)。
该地块位於中国广州市白云区地铁13号线二期槎头站,地盘面积约76,821平方米,地积比率为不高於3.6,土地使用年限为居住用地70年、商业用地40年及商务用地50年。
公司指,预期发展项目将为集团带来稳定及令人满意之收入及溢利。
