長和(00001.HK)擬向Cellnex出售歐洲電訊基建資產 涉100億歐元
長和(00001.HK)表示,就出售歐洲電訊基建資產的權益,與Cellnex Telecom S.A.就主要商業條款達成重大協議,預期完成交易後,計及少數權益夥伴所佔部分,所得款項總額約100億歐元。惟公司強調,尚未就進行任何交易作出決定。有關交易之協議仍須待最終文件落實,方可作實。
長和指,雙方目前正處於後期商議階段,預期完成交易後將訂立服務協議,Cellnex會向集團提供電訊基建服務,並透過一項已承諾的度身訂制擴展計劃,支持加快推出5G網絡。
