*ST中天(600856.SH)：股東黃博、鄧天洲所持公司部分股份被司法拍賣
格隆匯11月4日丨*ST中天(600856.SH)公佈，公司於2020年10月21日披露了《關於股東黃博、鄧天洲所持公司部分股份被司法拍賣的提示性公告》，北京市第三中級人民法院將於2020年11月2日10時至2020年11月3日10時止(延時的除外)在北京市第三中級人民法院淘寶網司法拍賣網絡平台上進行公開拍賣黃博持有公司的100萬股限售股股份、470萬股股份、鄧天洲持有公司的470萬股股份，以上公開拍賣的股份共佔公司總股本的0.76%，全部處於質押、司法凍結狀態。
根據北京市第三中級人民法院淘寶網司法拍賣網絡平台上發佈的《網絡競價成功確認書》，公司獲悉本次競價結果如下：
(一)黃博持有公司的100萬股限售股股份：根據阿里巴巴司法拍賣網絡平台《網絡競價成交確認書》，網絡拍賣競價結果為：“北京華泰興農農業科技有限公司通過競買號K8106於2020年11月03日在北京市第三中級人民法院於阿里拍賣平台開展的“黃博持有的長中天能源(證券代碼600856)100萬限售股股票”項目公開競價中，以最高應價勝出。該標的網絡拍賣成交價格119.7萬元。”
(二)黃博持有公司的470萬股股份：根據阿里巴巴司法拍賣網絡平台《網絡競價成交確認書》，網絡拍賣競價結果為：“北京華泰興農農業科技有限公司通過競買號L1604於2020年11月03日在北京市第三中級人民法院於阿里拍賣平台開展的“黃博持有的長中天能源(證券代碼600856)470萬股股票”項目公開競價中，以最高應價勝出。該標的網絡拍賣成交價格592.59萬元。”
(三)鄧天洲持有公司的470萬股股份：根據阿里巴巴司法拍賣網絡平台《網絡競價成交確認書》，網絡拍賣競價結果為：“北京華泰興農農業科技有限公司通過競買號K9862於2020年11月03日在北京市第三中級人民法院於阿里拍賣平台開展的“鄧天洲持有的長中天能源(證券代碼600856)470萬股股票”項目公開競價中，以最高應價勝出。該標的網絡拍賣成交價格592.59萬元。”
