東華能源(002221.SZ)：與茂名市政府、霍尼韋爾UOP簽署合作備忘錄
格隆匯 11 月 1日丨東華能源(002221.SZ)公佈，公司與茂名市人民政府(“茂名市”)、優歐闢環球油品工藝技術有限公司(“霍尼韋爾UOP”)經友好協商，本着“依法依規、自願平等、互利互惠、共享共贏”的原則，於2020年10月31日一致同意簽署合作備忘錄，在茂名濱海新區打造南海之蓮協同創新驅動中心(“驅動中心”)。
霍尼韋爾UOP是石油和天然氣領域領先的供應商，其工藝技術奠定了全球大多數煉油企業的發展基石，隸屬於霍尼韋爾特性材料和技術集團，該集團研發工藝技術、自動化解決方案、特性材料和工業軟件。霍尼韋爾UOP擁有逾百年全球專業技術經驗、強大的研發團隊和最全面的下游煉油和石化技術，目前擁有5,600餘項有效專利和應用，技術助力全球超過60%的汽油、70%的聚酯、90%的可生物降解洗滌劑以及40%的液化天然氣的生產。
茂名市、東華能源和霍尼韋爾UOP考慮採用“六位一體”的模式，聯合烯烴產業鏈上下游企業，開展全面合作：
1、東華能源採用最先進的綠色化工工藝技術，生產優質三烯、氫氣和聚丙烯產品，為中下游企業提供原料保障。
2、利用現有的技術儲備和研發力量，為中下游企業發展提供技術支持，發展下游3D打印、複合材料、特性材料產業。
3、茂名市成立政府引導基金，組建千億級別的化工及先進材料產業發展基金，促進新技術產業化和創新型企業發展融資。
4、以聚烯堂、能源物聯網(籌)為平台，為下游企業提供原料供應、產品銷售、智慧物流，大數據分析以及供應鏈金融服務。
5、以蓮頭嶺創新驅動中心為平台，組織“烯烴產業全球論壇”，成立永久會址並定期發佈產業發展白皮書。引領產業發展方向；通過開放共享的開發平台，為中小企業提供技術培育、人才培訓等全方位服務。
6、由茂名市主導，東華能源和霍尼韋爾UOP協助打造200平方公里的智慧新城和新興材料產業園，在茂名濱海新區實現“園區自治”的管理體制，助力中小企業的培育、創新和發展。
