新華文軒(00811.HK)擬用自有資金購買成都温江區不動產
格隆匯 10 月 29日丨新華文軒(00811.HK)公告,為推動公司2021-2025年戰略規劃的落地實施,滿足公司供應鏈服務產業需求,公司於2020年10月29日召開董事會會議,通過了《關於公司向成都市新華創智文化產業投資有限公司購買房產的議案》,擬用自有資金向成都市新華創智文化產業投資有限公司("新華創智")購買位於成都市温江區花土路936號"中國西部文化城"38棟、39棟、50棟的3宗辦公用途不動產。
於公告日期,購買該等不動產協議的條款及條件仍處於磋商階段,尚未訂立具法律約束力的協議。公司將根據《香港聯合交易所有限公司證券上市規則》("香港聯交所上市規則")適時另行刊發公告。
近年來,隨着互聯網的迭代發展,傳統的電商行業已從單純的線上零售向多業態轉變。為應對行業發展變化,集團在新一輪《戰略規劃》中將電子商務業務轉型升級為供應鏈服務,提出了以互聯網、大數據賦能出版傳媒產業,提升供應鏈服務模式創新能力的發展目標。
為了推動新一輪戰略的落地實施,集團將構建包含出版物電子商務、數字出版發行、數字閲讀、知識服務、內容創意延伸等在內的供應鏈服務集羣,加大對供應鏈服務業務的投入,為公司供應鏈產業發展奠定基礎。
擬購買該等不動產所在地成都市温江區具有產業聚集、人才、政策優勢,可為集團供應鏈服務業務發展提供良好的營商環境、政策支援、人才和技術發展支撐;次擬購買該等不動產所在園區已入駐的多家文化、科技、教育等機構,能與集團供應鏈服務業務形成有效的外部聯動,有利於促進集團供應鏈服務產業的發展。
故購買該等不動產作為供應鏈服務集羣的工作基地,可以滿足集團供應鏈服務業務未來不斷增長的需要。
