新地(00016.HK) :Central Peak以招標出售 下星期出銷售安排
新地(00016.HK)代理助理總經理陳漢麟表示,旗下東半山Central Peak今日上載樓書,推出一期53 戶,將以招標形式發售,其中包括16伙3房,24伙4房,6伙特色單位,2伙高層連平台特色戶,5伙頂層特色單位。
他指,下星期初會出銷售安排,會先推分層單位,項目以現樓推售,已取滿意紙,料下周開放予客人參觀,參觀人士要先給予200萬本票。
副董事總經理雷霆表示,傳統地段供應不多,戶戶珍貴,屬1.2倍以下低密度。東半山和南區過去1年成交價約7-10萬,售價會從此方向出發。
他又指,豪宅市場受事件社會和疫情影響,交投淡靜,但相信隨著政府逐步通關,料年尾會恢復。今年兩幅豪宅地,均以高價成交,反映大家看法樂觀。
他指,至年底前推central peak、瓏珀山項目,以及grand yoho、南昌項目貨尾。 (ic/a) ~
