格隆匯 10 月 22日丨明德生物(002932.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年10月22日召開第三屆董事會第十三次會議，審議通過了《關於擬變更公司經營範圍暨修訂公司章程的議案》，具體情況如下：
因公司經營需要，擬變更公司經營範圍為：一類、二類和三類醫療器械(憑有效的許可證經營)生產、研製、銷售及租賃；普通實驗室試劑(不含危險化學品、易製毒化學品)銷售；醫療器械技術諮詢、安裝、檢測、維修；企業管理軟件的銷售及售後服務；診斷技術、醫療技術的技術開發、技術諮詢、技術推廣、技術轉讓；農業、環境、食品領域分析儀器和試劑的生產及批發兼零售；抗原抗體產品、校準品和質控品的開發、生產及批發兼零售；儀器儀表的元器件製造及批發兼零售；計算機軟硬件、機電一體化產品開發、安裝及批發兼零售；計算機軟件技術開發、技術轉讓、技術諮詢及技術服務；健康諮詢(不含診療)；塑料製品、通訊器材(專營除外)、通信設備(不含無線電發射設備)、電源電力設備、電子產品(不含電子出版物)、傳感器、辦公用品、電氣信號設備、化學試劑(不含危險化學品、監控化學品、煙花爆竹、民用爆炸物品、易製毒化學品)、實驗室儀器設備、臨牀檢驗分析儀器及機電產品、實驗室試劑、生物殺菌劑、生物技術試驗儀器及耗材、五金、日用品的批發兼零售；貨物進出口、技術進出口、代理進出口(不含國家禁止或限制進出口的貨物或技術)；實驗室工程、建築智能化工程、鋼結構工程施工；實驗室設備、線路、管道安裝工程(不含壓力管道)；建築機電安裝工程；預製建築物及建築裝飾裝修工程設計與施工；食品生產、飲料生產、食品經營、食品互聯網銷售；醫共體信息化產品研發，銷售，以及系統集成；醫共體/醫院配套機房設計與建設，硬件設備，網絡設施設備的銷售；基於互聯網的居民健康管理信息化平台的建設與運營。(涉及許可經營項目，應取得相關部門許可後方可經營)
