金沙(01928.HK)主席:经营业绩逐步改善 高端中场回升幅度最大
金沙中国(01928.HK)第三季录亏损5.62亿美元,控股股东LVS主席兼行政总裁Sheldon G. Adelson表示,集团业务仍然受疫情的影响,但看见经营业绩逐渐改善,特别是亚洲。於澳门,第三季经营亏损较第二季按季减少。然而,第三季业绩不能代表集团目前的业务轨迹,原因为中国各省仅於9月底才开始恢复办理签证。自此的初步复苏非常令人鼓舞。
他又指,十一黄金周期间,看见澳门业务不同分部的实质复苏。重要的是,高端中场分部的业务量回升幅度最大,此重要分部是集团在澳门进行投资项目的核心,并在此复苏阶段一直引领集团创造收益,预期随着访客增加,中场市场将会复苏。
另外,集团价值22亿美元的资本投资项目—澳门伦敦人及四季等项目持续进展良好。
