山東路橋(000498.SZ)：子公司預中標濟南至濰坊高速公路工程施工項目部分標段
格隆匯 10 月 21日丨山東路橋(000498.SZ)公佈，近日，公司子公司山東省路橋集團有限公司(“路橋集團公司”)、山東省公路橋樑建設有限公司(“公路橋樑公司”)、山東魯橋建設有限公司(“魯橋建設公司”)、山東省高速路橋養護有限公司(“路橋養護公司”)以獨立投標或組成聯合體投標的方式，參與了濟南至濰坊高速公路工程施工項目(“該項目”)施工4至9標的招投標。
招標項目：招標編號為SG202009284的濟南至濰坊高速公路工程施工項目。中標候選人與預期中標價：(1)公司子公司公路橋樑公司與四川公路橋樑建設集團有限公司(“四川公路橋樑公司”)組成的聯合體被確定為該項目施工5標第一中標候選人，聯合體預期中標價19.54億元；(2)公司子公司路橋集團公司與中鐵二局集團有限公司(“中鐵二局公司”)組成的聯合體被確定為該項目施工6標第一中標候選人,聯合體預期中標價31.07億元；(3)公司子公司路橋集團公司被確定為該項目施工7標第一中標候選人，預期中標價28.88億元；(4)公司子公司魯橋建設公司與子公司路橋養護公司組成的聯合體被確定為該項目施工8標第一中標候選人，預期中標價17.01億元。
此次交易屬於公司日常經營的關聯交易，已包含在公司年度關聯交易預計中。該項目施工5標第一中標候選人為公司子公司公路橋樑公司與四川公路橋樑公司組成的聯合體，其中公路橋樑公司為聯合體成員，根據《聯合體協議書》，公路橋樑公司承擔該標段總工程量的49%。該項目施工6標第一中標候選人為公司子公司路橋集團公司與中鐵二局公司組成的聯合體，其中路橋集團公司為聯合體牽頭方，根據《聯合體協議書》,路橋集團公司承擔的該標段總工程量不少於70%。根據評標結果公示及聯合體協議書，公司各子公司合計獲得該項目預期中標價約不低於77億元，佔公司2019年度經審計營業收入的33%。若該項目順利實施，將對公司的經營業績產生積極影響。
