格隆匯 10 月 21日丨立昂微(605358.SH)公佈，公司股票自上市以來，股票價格漲幅較大，自2020年9月11日開市起至今累計漲幅達到714.69%，期間22個交易日(首日除外)內連續漲停。公司股票價格近期漲幅較大，特別提醒投資者，注意二級市場交易風險。
一、公司經營業績下滑的風險
2019年由於研發費用、財務費用與資產減值損失、信用減值損失同比大幅增加，公司扣除非經常性損益前後歸屬於母公司股東孰低的淨利潤下降至8,579.38萬元，與上一年相比較同比下降44.77%。
2020年1-6月由於財務費用、資產減值損失同比大幅增加，公司扣除非經常性損益前後歸屬於母公司股東孰低的淨利潤下降至5,504.85萬元，同比下降16.65%。
二、公司市盈率水平較高的風險
截至2020年10月21日，公司動態市盈率為185.52倍，靜態市盈率為180.25倍，根據同日中證指數有限公司網站發佈的行業數據，公司所屬的計算機、通信和其他電子設備製造業的行業動態市盈率為47.07倍，行業靜態市盈率為50.11倍，公司動態市盈率、靜態市盈率明顯高於行業平均值。
三、原材料價格波動風險
公司生產所用主要原材料為多晶硅、石英坩堝、石墨件、包裝盒、切磨材料、拋光材料、外延材料、靶材、金屬顆粒等，其價格變化對公司利潤具有一定影響。2017年至2020年3月末，原材料成本佔公司主營業務成本的比例分別為51.80%、48.26%、48.71%和52.52%，主要原材料價格的變化對公司毛利率水平有較大影響。公司仍存在原材料價格大幅波動給生產經營帶來不利影響的風險。
四、應收賬款發生壞賬的風險
2017年至2020年3月末，公司應收賬款淨額分別為31670.29萬元、35589.17萬元、41259.91萬元和45259.54萬元，佔流動資產的比例分別為26.55%、20.10%、22.97%和24.95%。如果主要客户的經營狀況發生重大不利變化，則可能導致應收賬款不能按期收回或無法收回而產生壞賬損失，對公司的生產經營和業績產生不利影響。
五、償債風險
受公司主營業務產業鏈長、產品種類繁多、存貨較大等因素影響，公司流動比率、速動比率較低。2017年至2020年3月，公司的流動比率分別為1.68、1.53、1.07和1.06，公司的速動比率分別為1.05、1.15、0.72和0.68。報告期內公司存在一定的償債風險。如果公司不能及時補充因業務規模不斷擴大而引致的資金需求，較低的流動比率和速動比率將會帶來一定的償債風險，從而給公司生產經營和業務發展帶來不利影響。
