据报中资科企游说北京施压Nvidia对芯片设计商Arm并购案
据《彭博通讯社》引述消息指,中国科技公司包括华为等,就美国芯片制造商Nvidia(NVDA.US)收购日本软银集团旗下英国芯片设计商Arm Ltd交易,向内地监管机构表达强烈忧虑,对该400亿美元巨额并购案蒙上阴影。
消息称,中国几家最具影响力科企向国家市场监督管理总局(SAMR)游说,建议否决交易或对交易设限,确保中资企业可以与Arm进行交易。消息称,中资科企最大忧虑在於Nvidia或强逼Arm中断与中资客户的生意。
