先達股份(603086.SH)擬向銀行申請1.8億元綜合授信額度
格隆匯10月20日丨先達股份(603086.SH)公佈,公司於2020年10月20日召開第三屆董事會第十九次會議,審議通過了《關於公司及子公司向銀行申請授信額度及擔保的議案》。
公司及子公司向銀行申請總額為人民幣1.8億元(含本數)的綜合授信額度。其中,公司向光大銀行股份有限公司濟南分行申請人民幣1.3億元綜合授信額度;公司全資子公司濰坊先達化工有限公司(以下簡稱“濰坊先達”)向招商銀行股份有限公司濰坊奎文支行申請人民幣5000萬元綜合授信額度。
