電訊盈科(00008.HK):16.43億股要約股份獲有效接納 要約截止
格隆匯 10 月 19日丨電訊盈科(00008.HK)公告,渣打銀行(香港)有限公司代表收購人向合資格股東提出自願現金部分要約以收購公司股本中的1.5459億股股份部分要約截止。
部分要約已於2020年10月19日(即最後截止日期)截止。於2020年10月19日下午四時正(即接納部分要約的最後截止日期及時間):(i)收購人已接獲16.43億股股份的部分要約有效接納,該等股份於本聯合公告日期分別佔合資格股東所持有股份總數約30.00%及已發行股份總數約21.26%;及(ii)部分要約已獲得持有31.06億股股份的合資格股東(包括不可撤回承諾項下的中國聯通BVI)批准,該等股份於聯合公告日期分別佔合資格股東所持有股份總數約56.71%及已發行股份總數約40.19%。
