雅居樂(03383.HK)底價4.52億元投得柏架山道合作社舊樓
土地審裁處今年8月批准(魚則)魚涌柏架山道2、4、6及8號公務員合作社舊樓進行強拍,由提出強拍的雅居樂(03383.HK)以底價4.52億元投得,為該類物業首宗獲批強拍個案。
項目位於柏架山道近英皇道,佔地1.273萬方呎,雅居樂計劃將與鄰近2個地盤合併發展,預計可建樓面逾43萬方呎,預計2023年開售。雅居樂去年申請強拍時已成功收購約90%業權,其後進一步收購餘下業權,至今剩餘一個單位未能成功收購。
