信雅達(600571.SH):藍天環保閒置廠房擬被收儲 補償費用總額約2.07億元
格隆匯 10 月 9日丨信雅達(600571.SH)公佈,公司控股孫公司安徽省信雅達藍天環保工程有限責任公司(“藍天環保”)收到合肥市土地儲備中心下發的《通知書》,合肥市土地儲備中心擬向藍天環保支付20711.06萬元,用於對藍天環保擁有的位於合肥市廬陽經開區阜陽北路以東、天水路以南的一宗土地實施收儲。
2020年10月9日,公司七屆董事會第十次會議審議通過《關於控股孫公司擁有地塊收儲的議案》,該議案還需提交公司股東大會審議批准。
藍天環保此次被收儲房產位於合肥市廬陽經開區阜陽北路以東、天水路以南,土地使用權面積為78,107.16平方米(準確面積以實際測繪為準),土地使用權證號為合廬陽國用(2013)第006號,土地用途工業,土地使用權類型為出讓。收購土地範圍內,地上建築物的總建築面積為24411.16平方米,其中,合法有效建築面積為24411.16平方米。
此次被收儲土地系藍天環保閒置廠房,因此此次收儲不會對藍天環保生產經營造成影響。目前公司預計此次藍天環保擁有的土地被收儲事項對上市公司歸屬於母公司的淨利潤影響金額在9000萬到10000萬之間,具體金額尚不明確。上述土地收儲將產生税收,目前尚未經有關税務機關的最後核定。此外,公司需要根據上述土地具體的實施收儲情況以及協議補償費收取的時間,來核定相應會計年度的淨利潤金額。公司將按照《企業會計準則》和土地收儲的有關政策的相關規定,對上述土地補償款進行相應的會計處理,會計處理及相關財務數據以經會計師事務所審計的結果為準。
