格隆匯 10 月 9日丨震安科技(300767.SZ)公佈，公司近日收到部分董事、監事和高級管理人員出具的《關於減持公司股份計劃的告知函》。主要內容如下：
1、董事、副總經理廖雲昆現持有公司股份184.52萬股(佔公司總股本的1.28%)，此次減持公司股份計劃：自本公告之日起15個交易日後的90個自然日內(即自2020年11月4日至2021年2月1日，在此期間如遇董事、監事及高級管理人員買賣股票的敏感期限制，應在該敏感期停止減持股份)，通過集中競價或大宗交易方式減持公司股份，合計減持股份數不超過46.13萬股，佔公司總股本的比例為0.32%，不超過其所持公司股份總數的25%。
2、董事、副總經理、財務總監、董事會祕書龍雲剛現持有公司股份71.69萬股(佔公司總股本的0.50%)，此次減持公司股份計劃：自本公告之日起15個交易日後的90個自然日內(即自2020年11月4日至2021年2月1日，在此期間如遇董事、監事及高級管理人員買賣股票的敏感期限制，應在該敏感期停止減持股份)，通過集中競價或大宗交易方式減持公司股份，合計減持股份數不超過17.92萬股，佔公司總股本的比例為0.12%，不超過其所持公司股份總數的25%。
3、監事張雪現持有公司股份61.74萬股(佔公司總股本的0.43%)，此次減持公司股份計劃：自本公告之日起15個交易日後的90個自然日內(即自2020年11月4日至2021年2月1日，在此期間如遇董事、監事及高級管理人員買賣股票的敏感期限制，應在該敏感期停止減持股份)，通過集中競價或大宗交易方式減持公司股份，合計減持股份數不超過15.44萬股，佔公司總股本的比例為0.11%，不超過其所持公司股份總數的25%。
4、監事尹傲霜現持有公司股份11.71萬股(佔公司總股本的0.08%)，此次減持公司股份計劃：自本公告之日起15個交易日後的90個自然日內(即自2020年11月4日至2021年2月1日，在此期間如遇董事、監事及高級管理人員買賣股票的敏感期限制，應在該敏感期停止減持股份)，通過集中競價或大宗交易方式減持公司股份，合計減持股份數不超過2.93萬股，佔公司總股本的比例為0.02%，不超過其所持公司股份總數的25%。
5、副總經理張志強現持有公司股份94.39萬股(佔公司總股本的0.66%)，此次減持公司股份計劃：自本公告之日起15個交易日後的90個自然日內(即自2020年11月4日至2021年2月1日，在此期間如遇董事、監事及高級管理人員買賣股票的敏感期限制，應在該敏感期停止減持股份)，通過集中競價或大宗交易方式減持公司股份，合計減持股份數不超過23.6萬股，佔公司總股本的比例為0.16%，不超過其所持公司股份總數的25%。
公司上述董事、監事和高級管理人員現持有公司股份合計424.04萬股，佔公司總股本的2.95%。計劃在本公告之日起15個交易日後90個自然日內通過集中競價或大宗交易方式減持公司股份合計106.01萬股，佔公司總股本的0.74%。
