富瑞:澳門賭業黃金週情況遜預期 續看好金沙中國(1928.HK)
富瑞發表研究報告,稱根據行業消息及調查,黃金週首7日澳門日均賭收按年跌76%至2.97億澳門元(下同),為去年水平的24%,接近早前行業預測的15至25%的上限,而中場的表現較貴賓廳好。該行認為,中場表現較好的趨勢將持續,並帶動整體復甦。
首7日訪澳旅客人數按年跌86%至13.9萬,為去年黃金週的16%。第6日的旅客人數達到高峯的2.16萬,第7日回落至1.91萬,相信第8日的數字進一步下降。
該行表示,黃金週情況遜該行預期,該行原先估計行業會錄得除息税折舊及攤銷前利潤(EBITDA)。黃金週旅客疲弱,可能積累一些抑壓需求,或在中國下一個長假,即明年農曆新年時釋放。基於復甦温和,該行認為營運商處高度競爭環境,維持以金沙中國(1928.HK)為首選股。
